The LDP group was formed in 1992 with the clear intention of focusing on the medium-sized corporations and businesses often neglected by the larger auditing firms. A niche client market in need of specialised service and products was quickly developed, and this provided the basis for the directors of the LDP group to develop unique skills. In addition to offering these expert services and products to traditional clients of the LDP group, a whole new market was developed for the group’s consultancy division. This included a number of national and international clients.
In 2009 LDP also qualified to perform the audits of the so-called A and B categories of clients.
“We see ourselves as business advisers handling statutory work competently and cost-effectively; we are solution-driven and render a highly personal and quality-driven service to our clients.”
The LDP group has made a firm commitment to its clients, personnel and business associates:
“We shall never turn into a complacent and traditional firm of accountants and auditors.”
“We shall consistently explore new opportunities that will assist our clients in maximising the return on their investments.”
“We shall never render services merely for the sake of raising fees, and our performance shall always be measured against the promise to deliver service of the highest quality and to add value.”
As a direct consequence of this manifesto, LDP is a member of the international Polaris Organisation – a group of independent firms present on all five continents.
LDP is sufficiently large to expose our clients to a wide variety of business opportunities but sufficiently small to recognise each individual client’s needs.
